2011 Forecast
The aftermath of the crisis has been felt especially heavily by the construction industry and this reflected on the size and the scale of the previous two trade shows but beginning March 2010 there are noticeable changes in the industry and the situation is gradually improving though it didn’t seem to reflect on the scale of March 2010 trade show due to time lag. This year we are expecting at least 200 companies and approximately 6 000 visitors. From across Russia and abroad, particularly companies from Finland, Poland, and Germany as well as from CIS countries.

1 B2B-MatchMaking. A useful utility for arranging future personal meetings with participants and visitors of the trade show. Preliminary, on line, registration on the official exhibition site and arrangement of meeting schedule.
2 Customs Services. All services are provided by a world known company DHL Trade Fairs &Eventsthat has been nominated to be the official exhibition forwarder for all exhibition projects of “Expo-Volga”
3 Accommodation services. Hotel Holiday Inn Samara offers a special “exhibition rate” for guests and participants of the trade show. Also the opening ceremony (March 16) will be held in their restaurants. As well as shuttle-bus services to and from the exhibition centre.
4 Specialized area allows demonstration on the first level of the exhibition pavilion and has all necessary equipment and facilities for such demonstrations.
5 Advertising campaign. Direct mail with the use of the databases of the large companies and ministries, ads in the specialized publications and internet-sites, outdoor ads, TV news in the most high-rated programs. Also we offer you some promotional services during the exhibition (promo-actions, seminars, presentations, and other additional ad facilities).
